Our rates range from $40 per hour to $80 per hour, depending on the subject, the grade of the student, and various conditions; however, if you could tell us little bit more about your child and the subject that interests you, we can give you specific rates and discount packages.

No. While we prefer to do tutoring in the home, if that’s not possible, then we can arrange for tutoring at a mutually convenient locations, such as libraries and bookstores. We also offer online tutoring for your convenience.

For the first tutoring session, the Vital Tutoring Tutor gives a short diagnostic to determine your child’s strengths and weakness in order to create a customized lesson plan for your child. The tutor then uses the school’s approved curriculum to provide academic support. And during the last 5 minutes of each session, the tutor meets with the parent to give an update on your child’s progress.

All of our Vital Tutoring Tutors are state certified or have four-year degrees in their area of expertise and receive specialized training from a certified teacher and instructional specialist. In additional, all of our tutors go through a rigorous background check and must pass a content-area assessment before tutoring in any subject area.

Unlike other tutoring businesses, Vital Tutoring’s only uses highly qualified educators who have been trained by a certified teacher and instructional specialist. In additions, our tutors incorporate research-based strategies that have been proven to dramatically improve academic performance. Furthermore, Vital Tutoring utilizes a proprietary tutor matching assessment to ensure that clients get the best tutor for their child.

Students have the option to use online platforms, such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams. Both platforms provide the opportunity to utilize interactive whiteboards with screen-sharing capabilities. For clients who choose the Scholars or Elite tutoring package, they will have free access to online study tools, such as Kahoot, Quizlet, Nearpod, and Edulastic.

On average, our students by up to two grades letter grades in just 60 days. Students completing our Elite Package see an average increase of 180 points on the SAT and an average increase of 4-5 points on the ACT.

Yes. Vital Tutoring Fort Bend only uses highly qualified teachers. Most of our tutors are certified teachers who have been trained to actively participate in Admission, Review and Dismissal (ARD) committees and support schools in the implementation a child’s Individualized Education Program (IEP). Our tutors a well-equipped to address the unique need of each child and have been trained to meet the needs of students with ADHD and dyslexia.
